Shaun Anderson
CO-FOUNDERShaun built Capital Leads from the ground up in 2020 alongside Stephen, starting with solar and scaling across six verticals. His background is in performance marketing and commercial operations. He obsesses over client-first delivery: lead quality, lead-to-sale rates, and the infrastructure that makes both move.
Under his leadership, Capital Leads has grown to process 6,000+ exclusive leads per week, partner with 80+ national installers, and build the proprietary software stack and delivery tech that underpins everything we sell.
He is currently building VOLTR.AI, an AI agent platform that layers automated lead conversion on top of Capital Leads' existing infrastructure. The thesis: the same lead pool, with AI handling first contact in under five seconds, produces a materially better close rate at zero incremental CPL. Companies will never have to worry about an empty calendar, with AI voice and SMS agents doing the hard yakka.
Stephen Hill
CO-FOUNDER & ENERGY INDUSTRY LEADSteve brings over 20 years of direct experience in Australia's renewable energy sector. He has worked across the full energy supply chain, from large-scale commercial projects to residential solar retail. He understands what installers need, how they operate, and why most lead generators fail them.
His industry relationships are the reason Capital Leads' partner network retained its depth through the sharp market corrections of 2022 to 2024. He knows which operators are growing, which verticals are moving, and where the next wave of demand will come from.
