The two bad reviews, and what we think happened
Our Trustpilot profile has exactly two reviews. Both are one star. Both were left in 2023. One says the lead quality was poor and the contacts were not decision makers. The other says we were good a year earlier and had slid, with long phone wait times and most leads bad.
We cannot delete them and we would not want the kind of profile where you could. Here is the honest reading. Two reviews is not a sample, it is an anecdote, and the reason there are only two is that we never asked anyone to leave one. A profile we never pointed anyone at collects complaints and little else, because unhappy people go looking and happy people get on with their day. That is a failure of ours, and we own it.
The substantive complaint in both is lead quality in 2023. What changed since: every lead is now verified on a real mobile and email before the form can submit, and delivery runs in about 1.4 seconds with a personalised SMS in your name so the homeowner expects your call. If you want to test whether that holds, do not take our word for it. Take a first pack with the refund in writing.

Minimum order is 10 leads a week residential, 5 a week commercial. Your exact postcode price depends on state, coverage and weekly volume, and we confirm it before you commit to anything.
Who we are a bad fit for
This is the part most providers leave out, and it is the part that saves you money.
You cannot call within minutes. Speed to first call moves conversion more than anything else we could do at our end. If leads sit in a CRM until the afternoon, buy cheaper shared leads or none at all.
You are a sole operator on the tools. Exclusive leads need someone whose job is answering the phone. If that is you, between roof jobs, the maths will not work.
You want fewer than 10 leads a week. Below that there is not enough volume to tell signal from noise, and you will judge us on a sample too small to mean anything.
You want every unanswered lead credited. We refund a first pack that produces no sales. We do not credit individual leads one by one. Some providers do, and if that is what you want, go and take it.

What does the Capital Leads guarantee actually cover?
Order your first pack, work it through our process, and if you close no sales at all we refund the pack. It is a first-pack guarantee, not an open-ended refund on individual leads. Ask us to put the exact terms in writing before you order, and read them. Any provider who will not do that is worth walking away from.
Who should not buy leads from Capital Leads?
Installers who cannot call a lead within minutes, sole operators without a dedicated salesperson, anyone wanting fewer than 10 leads a week, and anyone who needs a lead replaced or credited every time one does not answer. Exclusive leads cost more than shared ones and only pay back if someone works them fast.
Are Capital Leads leads exclusive?
