The fine print, in full
Eight terms. No surprises.
- New Capital Leads partners only. First pack, 50 residential solar or battery leads, Australia.
- Pack price is the rate card price for your territory, ex GST.
- The 45-day window runs from delivery of the final lead in the pack.
- Results door: 3 signed customer contracts, uploaded to the Capital Leads portal or emailed to us inside the window, each matching a lead from the pack by name and address.
- Actions door: all 4 actions completed inside the window. Dispositions and check-in attendance are logged in the portal and by Capital Leads.
- Credit equals the pack price paid and is applied in full to your second 50-lead pack, ordered within 6 months of winning. No cash value, not transferable.
- Capital Leads decides claims in good faith on the portal record and may ask for call logs. Leads must be worked as delivered and never resold.
- One Bet per business. Capital Leads may withdraw the offer for new orders at any time. Bets already running are honoured.

Why 3 jobs and not 1?
Because 1 is a fluke and 3 is a process. Our better partners close 3 or more from 50 most months. If you work the pack the way we show you, 3 is a fair bet, and if you do the work and still miss, the actions door pays out anyway.
What counts as a signed contract?
A customer contract or signed quote acceptance with the homeowner's name and address matching a lead from the pack. Upload it to the portal, or just send it to us via email. A deposit receipt with the same details also works.
What if I close 2?
Then you did not hit the results door. You can still win on actions if you did the 4 things. If you did neither, you keep the 2 jobs, which on a $12k to $18k install is a long way in front, and the pack is paid for.
Can I take cash instead of credit?
The Bet pays as a free second pack, because that is how it keeps working for both of us. Ask us about anything else on the phone. We have never kept money a partner wanted back.
What if my territory does not have a 50-lead pack available?
Then we will tell you before you order. Some regional territories fill slowly. The 45 days only starts when the last lead of the pack lands, so a slow territory does not cost you time.
Does this replace the first-pack refund?
On this offer, yes. The actions door is the guarantee. Do the 4 things and you cannot lose the pack, whatever you close. Our other pages still carry the first-pack refund.
